The incident, which was swiftly brought under control by the various government agencies, happened in the early hours of Monday (today).

Officials of the Lagos State Fire Service, Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, Nigeria Police Force and those of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps were all present at the scene of the fire.
